Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to offer a warm, respectful space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what matters most to you..

Whether you’re navigating something specific or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to better understand your experience and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Voice integrated therapy and EMDR. I believe the body plays an essential role in how we process trauma and emotion, and I incorporate this awareness into our work together.

I also offer couples counselling, with a focus on attachment and relationship healing. My approach is strength-based, person-centered, and holistic, supporting growth across emotional, cognitive, and somatic levels. I aim to provide a space that feels warm, supportive, and grounded.

Background

My journey into counselling began through music. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Opera) and work as a professional singer and voice teacher. Along this path, I came to understand the profound mind–body connection and the healing potential of voice and creative expression. This realization sparked a deep interest in supporting people to release stored trauma, and to reclaim their connection to their body and voice as part of their healing journey.

Today, I weave these two passions together, offering voice- and music-informed therapy for clients who feel drawn to this approach, and supporting them in integrating this connection into everyday life.

Areas of Focus

Depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress management, substance use, performance anxiety, youth counselling (12+), adults, couples, ADHD, and learning differences.

Education & Training

I hold an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). My training includes EMDR (in progress), somatic and psychodynamic based therapies like Integrative Body Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, and Voice and Music-Integrated Therapy. Nature-based and Walk and Talk sessions are also available upon request.
